This piece of art was made as an Idol. As some of us know some religions have multiple gods. This is the God of grumpy. When one is upset they can come to the grumpy god and get their feelings out. the grumpy God will then send the person over to the happy god so the person can once again feel happy.
How funny that the grumpy god is willing to send followers on to happiness instead of keeping them to spread more grumpiness!
